Where can I buy forms to sell my own house? Probably the best ones are from a real estate attorney. Most real estate supply stores only sell to Realtors. You can always ask your broker.
Do I have to pay a commission if I sell my house myself and there is a Buyer Broker involved? Disclosure is the big factor here. It depends on your prior arrangement with the Buyer Broker. There is a protocol that is observed when a Broker shows and sells a For Sale By Owner.
What do you think of Open Houses? 65% of real estate consumers use the Internet and 69% look for yard signs. Personally, I believe Open Houses are unsafe for the broker and the home owner. The Internet is powerful with digital photos and virtual tours.
