My name is Lynnsy Logue. 
Aka The Real Estate Lady®. I am a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina. I have the designations of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CRS ( Certified Real Estate Specialist). I have been a full time real estate professional 
for over 22 years in 
Charlotte, NC...and have called Charlotte
 "home" for over 53 years.

I began the Condo CanDo® campaign when no one else wanted the condominium business. It was harder and more sales were required because of the lower dollar ranges. I loved learning that market as well...and have stayed with it...
even though many of my first condo buyers bought up to starter homes and McMansions and horse farms and lake homes. We have made the journey together...and we have even conducted research for office condos and warehouses.
Thy are my specialty, my clients.

I have conducted all the research, written the copy and taken most of the photographs for this site.
